Conceptual Rendering & Space Planning

After carefully listening to the client’s ideas and goals, we create concept drawings in order to illustrate the ideas which have been discussed. These can, of course, be changed as required, but they greatly assist clients to visualize the overall design features as well as basic elements such as windows, doorways, floor space and site-lines.

Budgeting

This is almost always the primary concern in any project, as costs usually need to be contained. Because every project is very different, all necessary aspects are considered down to the last detail. A preliminary estimate is established, creating a budgetary framework which will be updated and refined as work progresses and details become more defined. All efforts are made to work within the established budget and ongoing communication is essential.

Project Coordination

This is a crucial component of any project, as all areas of the work being done need to come together as seamlessly as possible. We work closely with trades and sub-trades such as architects, general contractors and finishers on a cooperative and consultative basis.

Sourcing

Sourcing is about discovery. There is always something new and tantalizing to encounter. We take pride in offering distinctive furnishings, materials, and accessories. From the flea markets of Paris and the workshops of Italy to local artisans, we insist on incorporating quality items that speak to the high standards which our clients have come to expect.

Custom Cabinetry & Furniture Design

If a particular piece of furniture proves a challenge to source, we turn to the drawing board and collaborate with one of our select cabinet or furniture makers. Whether it is a leather - upholstered writing desk or a bespoke kitchen, the trades involved are carefully considered to ensure beauty, high quality, and functionality.
